Hi,

Have you deactivate all plugins and try it again? If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it still doesn't work, let's contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this.

That's not issues related with our theme - it come from config on your hosting. So, you won't get a refund because Envato will doesn't provide refund for this case. You can check Envato Refund Policy here

So, If your hosting can't find the issue. Please send me the information to I can check it. When we fixed it help you, you can change it again. We're author of this theme with more than 13k+ customers using this theme, we don't do anything bad for our customers

I tried increasing the memory limits via php.ini, .htaccess and wp-config.php but still having the same problem,

Im sorry but I can't send you through the access details you requested due to privacy / security reasons.

This is the screen I get. It doesnt matter what I click / scroll etc this always happens.

If there is no remedy via instruction, I will need a refund please.

Hi,

Please try increase memory for your hosting to fixed it - Check this guide:

If it still doesn't work, let's send me:

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account.

Hi,

I have all plugins installed for Soledad and there are no php errors or server issues.

When I load the Customize screen it freezes / constantly loads and I can't do anything to the point I have to close the browser window and reload wp-admin.

This is both before I activate the theme and if I go to preview before even activating.
