Hi,

If the RSS feed is still not working, please temporarily disable Cloudflare for this domain and send me your WordPress admin account. I'll take some time to investigate the issue and help you identify the cause.

Regards,
PenciDesign.

Okay, I've just deleted a load of redundant plugins and it's fixed it. Still don't know why Cloudflare is still stopping the RSS feeds from working though.

Okay, I've had Bluehost disable Cloudflare. I've then set up a Cloudflare free account (on their advice) and set up the correct exceptions (on Cloudflare's advice), cleared caches and the feed still does not work.

I now have another problem.

Only in Wordpress, when I create a post, I cannot do capital 'S', 'A' or 'T'. It works in all other software. I've cleared the cache, logged back in and tried different browsers. It's still a problem. So now, I can't even create a blog post.

Any ideas?

Simon.

Hi,

I've checked your feed URL, and the issue is that Cloudflare is blocking requests from third-party applications by displaying a CAPTCHA challenge. As a result, the feed reader cannot access the content, causing the RSS feed to stop working.

Some RSS feeds that are not blocked by Cloudflare can still be accessed correctly. For example: https://rss.app/r/feed/nrrN7TsWSE3BBLxX?utm_source=rssviewer&utm_medium=website

In this case, please review your Cloudflare security settings for this site and then test the feed again.

Regards,
PenciDesign.

Hi there,

My RSS feed stopped working recently. I use it to trigger mail outs on Mailchimp. Even though it shows in this link https://simonmustoe.blog/animalimpact/featured/feed/, it can't be read by Mailchimp or by FeedBurner. I've troubleshot by turning off plugins but that doesn't work. I am wondering if there is a more fundamental problem but it's beyond my technical expertise. Are you able to help?
