Sorry, that option is Customize > Single Post Options > "Hide Featured Image Auto Appears"
Seem it's a cache issues. I just tried Ctrl + F5 and everything working fine:

Excuse me, but I do not see the "Hide Featured Image on Top" option within "Single Posts Options". Possibly I am and I do not see it. The only thing I see TOP is "Hide Social Share on Top" Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please go to Customize > Single Posts Options > and check to "Hide Featured Image on Top"
We've fixed it help you - so, this option won't apply for Video format, Gallery format anymore

Hello, in the options of post single: if I want to activate a video in the beginning of the post, I have to have deactivated the "Hide Featured Image" This option does not apply for Video format, Gallery format ", right?

However, when doing this, the featured image forcibly appears in all the post, and I had already manually included the image with other measures. options as video featured, I have to delete the images that I included in each post.
