Hi,

\

1/ Please change the code like on this image to make it display origin image you uploaded for Penci Slider.

\

2/ Please check this image - As I compare the logo, I don't see any different. The logo you updated on the right side is bigger with the logo displayed ( because your logo displayed need to resize to smaller to make it display fine  ) - So, you see it blurry a bit is normal.

Best Regards,

Thanks for your reply.

1. The image optimization plugin was disabled when we were first troubleshooting this issue. It being active or deactivated has made no difference on image quality to the slider. I even tried uploading while the plugin was inactive and it still came up blurry.

2. I added the piece of CSS to the Customizer and we are not seeing a difference.

Hi,

1/ About Penci Slider, seem you're using a plugin to optimize your images after uploaded - that make your images come blurry a bit.

2/ About the logo, try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to make it better:

\
#navigation.header-6 #logo img, .is-sticky #navigation.header-6 #logo img {\
    padding: 35px 0;\
    max-height: 183px;\
}\

We use the Penci slider at the top of our homepage. No matter what size or resolution we upload our images at, they are always coming up blurry or of a lower visual quality than they look in the media library. Is there a specific way to optimize these images for maximum output?  We have also noticed the same problem with our logo at the top left corner of the screen. Despite being uploaded at a high resolution, the image quality appears lower.
