Hi,

I just checked your site and I found this issues caused by you've removed "Read More" text here - that will make the cookie law popup doesn't appears - check this image

I just put it back and everything working now.

Hi,

Thank you for loving our theme.

Seem you're using child theme and override footer.php file on your child theme. Please copy again the footer.php file on parent theme and update on your child theme to make it work.

If you can't do that, please send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ). We will take it a look help you.

Here is my question:

Under: Customize --> General Options, I have enabled "Enable Cookie Law Policy PopUp At The Footer", however, when I access my site, it is not popping up.

Can you help me?
