Please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

#navigation .container{ border-bottom: 2px solid #000000; }Change color code #000000 to #dedede if you want to make border color to grey.

#header .inner-header .container{ border-bottom: 3px solid #dedede; }\
Change number 3 on the above code to value you want.
