Hi,
That's social sharing from Jetpack plugin - not come from our theme. Please disable it via Jetpack

If I click in the "read more" link at the bottom of a post on the home page, the new page now displays a social icon bar at the bottom. My site is not geared toward sharing and therefore I want to hide socials. I've looked at every tab on your customize sidebar and can't find a thing. This page looks different from the single post page.
