Yeah, with the date on the topbar, you need to fill the date format you want to show for it on Topbar Options.
If you want to it look like date format you use on Wordpress date format settings, you just need copy date format from Wordpress date format settings and paste it to date format of Topbar Options

Hi, i forget to tell the problem is on the top bar, please see the screenshot. That format is set by customizer --> Top bar options (and has a legend that says it has the same format as Wordpres). The format that you point me is how it showld be shown and comes from Wordpress date format settings (in general settings of backend).

\in date format documentation says is the same as the Wordpress, but my format does not work. I need to use the following format because in spanish is different than english:
