The theme doesn't affect anything to Woocommerce. We just change the style of Woocommerce to make it good for our theme. So, I think you should check your settings about this issue - and find more documentation for Woocommerce here

When I try to create a digital product in WooCommerce the options in the Product Editor are missing to select digital product. I have attached how the product data area currently looks so you can see it's missing the downloadable product checkbox.
