Hi,
This issues caused by Wordpress will load default value on Customizer - The data is not saved to load on your front-end.
Please go to Customize > Colors for Header > on "Dropdown Text Color" & "Category Mega Menu List Child Categories Background Color" > change it to any color and change back to black color > click "Save".
After that, check it again on your front-end.

We have a mega menu set up, but the colors are not publishing correctly for the categories. They appear ok when viewing the pages in CUSTOMIZATION (black text), but when I publish and view live, the category text is white. Same for post title text for sub menu items. should be black, and is black when in customization, but it's white when live.
