I've just created my website by loading the default soledad theme demo and now started customisation. There are many pages that's been loaded from the demo of course, some of them I don't need for my site. 

So my question is: how do I safely remove the extra pages from Demo? Or is it better to hide it for now in case I'd need them later? If so, how can I hide them?

p.s. I really like the font used in the home header in the soledad default theme, how can I create one with my own website name?
