What do you mean about "Floating sidebar"?
If you mean about create sidebar from WPBakery, sorry - this theme doesn't supports sticky sidebar from WPBakery element.

Hi,
When you config your homepage with WPBakery, you can select Template for your front-page is "Page VC Builder with Sidebar" - and you will get sticky sidebar.

Yes I know. But if I config my homepage with that builder I can't set sticky sidebar;( Or I can have sticky sidebar but must put some css?

If you want to do that, you need to use WPBakery Page Builder to config your homepage.
