Hi,

1/ Please try deactivate all plugins and try it again. If it work, you can enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it still doesn't work, please increase your memory limit on your hosting by do following this guide

Hello,

hope you can help me... I can't see the the preview (desktop, tablet and phone) if I'm at the the customizer from the theme Soledad. It shows me only an white screen. Second question, do you also have an german support?
