Hi,

1/ I still can access to your site without any issues. Also, the issues about error 502 come from your server - not from the theme. We have a lot of customers use on shared hosting and it working fine.

2/ For speed issues, please check this guide to know how to improve your site speed:

Because GTMetrix tested your site on server located at Canada - so, if you want to make your site faster for all countries in the world - let's use CDN - example: MaxCDN - https://maxcdn.com/

I found the issues.

This issue caused by you've putted the [penci_recipe] shortcode to Penci Recipe Ingredients - check this image

Please use [penci_recipe] shortcode inside your editor only.

Hi,

Please send me:

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account.

Moment i try using it on my post , and try to update it or publish my post it give me

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

, the whole website gone down , when i de activate it , then it fine my website is ok , i tried to unstall it and install it again ., but the problem remains the same it keeps on giving me this problem

Why is

Penci Recipe plugin giving me issues on my website , how do i fix this plz . I want to use this plugin for my recipes .
