Hi,
You need to fill to "Taxonomies" on build query to filter categories of custom post type.
Note: Make sure that categories has posts - it won't show if your category doesn't exists any post.

I created a custom post type with 4 categories, but when displayed (eg: Featured slider or other) the categories are displayed as unclassified !!
No problem with classic post, would you have an idea?
