I think you can give it a try by set it's responsive.
The issues related with google adsense code doesn't related with our theme, you should ask google adsense supports for this - not us

I recently got approved for my AdSense account and began implementing ads on the website but they aren't responding on mobile devices.
Is there something I need to enable? Or do they only appear on mobile when set to responsive?
