Ahh, I remember that you're using comment from Jetpack.
So, please check settings for Jetpack comments from settings of Jetpack.

Yeah, I tried it with the posts open, then since it didn't work, I closed it again. However, I just allowed it again for you to try. It doesn't work for me.

Hi,
Seem with the posts are closed, you need to allow it open again. Because that option doesn't apply with all the posts closed.
Please go to edit that posts and do following this image and scroll down and check to "Allow comments" like on this image to open the comment.

Have you try change the "Automatically close comments on articles older than" to a very big number?

Hi! I'd like to ask how to prevent the comment box from being closed even after a period of time. I've unticked the "automatically close comments on articles older than x days" box, but my older posts are still closed to comments. Is there a box that I've missed? Thanks!
