actually is getting worse, because now, every time I click a new post I get the cookie message ....

Hi. I am getting a message about cookies every time I enter to my site. I don’t have a cookie plug in and I never set up the message so I am guessing is something standard  but I don’t understand why is showing up every time I enter to my site on my mobile. I thought that the cookie message appeared just once when you visit the site for the first time and stop showing up in recurrent visitors.  I don’t have a cookie message every time I enter others blogs. 

Do I need a cookie plug-in to avoid it?

Or is there any internal configuration in Soledad or Word press displaying the message?
