You can go to Page > Add New a page > select Template for it's "FullWidth" and use WPBakery Page Builder to config it like the way you want
That's quite simple.

I read through the documentation but can't find how to set up a new page with custom list of articles.
I want to create pages that can have:
- a custom list curated by me
- list of articles with the same category
- different layout options for the blog list such as 1 row or 2 row options
