Hi,
You can do that by go to Customize > General Options > and check on "Remove "Category" words on category page"

Is there an option to not display the word "Category" but only the name of the category itself? For example, if someone clicks on "Destinations" at the menu, now they see on the next page "Category: Destinations". I would just like visitors to see: "Destinations". How can I best accomplish this?
