Yes the documentation does cover all the topics, but to understand what each of these mean and how to use them correctly - such as build query and taxonomy - I have to reach out to support. This level of customisation is rather advanced for non-developers.

Hi,

I don't know why you said the documentation is very simple. Because if you checked it, you will know how to edit/remove elements on the homepage by use WPBakery Page Builder. I don't tell about how much questions puted here - I just want to let you know about everything you asked us on the previous email has been mention on the documentation.

I've checked the documentation and the questions I'm asking are not on there. The documentation is very simple for explaining how home page works.

Is there a limit to how many questions a customer can ask with the support package?

Hi,

For 1, 2, 3, 4/ Please go to edit your Front-page > edit any element you want and click to "Build Query" button and select your filter you want for each element there.

For 5/ Just need edit your Front-page and remove element "Social Counter"

Have you check documentation for PenNews? I see you asked us too much - while most of that we've said about that on the documentation for PenNews.

Hi Penci,

I know I've only published 4 posts and probably not enough to have lots of categories yet, but wondering if i can configure the home page sections.

Currently main section are showing the same 4 articles.

  • trending smartwatches
  • latest tech news
  • latest apple news
  • editors picks

My question is:

  1. How are these sections pulling articles from where? Can I configure certain sections to show specific articles? for example, if I want "trending articles" to show the most viewed posts on the site, while "latest tech news" to show most recently published 5 posts.
  2. How can I configure which post to show "editors pick", assuming they are fixed posts unlike the "trending" and "latest" article that will change over time.
  3. Where do these articles in the top slider come from, are they the same thing as "lastest" articles?
  4. In "Latest Apple News" section, how to show 3 instead of 4 posts?
  5. How to hide "social networks" section on the right?

Thanks,
