\I see on your homepage - you're using 2 Penci Container elements for 2 sections. You can put it in to one Penci Container element to make it sticky ( by drag & drop )

Please go to Pages > All Pages > edit your front-page > and edit/remove that via WPBakery page builder. Your homepage build-in via WPBakery Page Builder

I am not able to actually edit the widgets such as the ads widgets in the left and right sidebar. In the widget section of the appearence, There are no such widgets which I can see on the website. You can see the widgets in the screenshot and the actual widgets on our website.
