I understand. I'm sorry to hear this.

Maybe you should mention this somewhere in the documentation, that this widget is not compatible with hosting at One.com? I didn't think there would be an issue such as this, and it would have been nice to know before I purchased the template. Maybe others after me will come in this situation.

I'll see if I can change my hosting, because I really like the design of your template. It as the reason I switched my site from SquareSpace to WordPress - do you know a hosting that is compatible with all your plugins?

Hi,

Seem you're using a bad hosting because all other hosting allowed itYou're the first customer has this issues with the hosting in our 14k+ customers from us...

We can't help any issues related with the hosting because we can't affect anything to your hosting config

Hi again

I setup the Instagram plugin you installed, but the design is not as in your template. My hosting says that I cannot set max_execution_time as it is set to 50 same goes to set_time_limit() - they don't allow this due to security reasons.

They say to either delete the line or use a different template - but I'm a bit surprised that this doesn't work when it's included in the template I purchased from you. Is there really no other way to make this work?

Hi,

I just checked your site and I see seem your hosting doesn't supports for function set_time_limit()

So, the simple solution now is use another plugin for instagram. I installed help you plugin "Instagram Feed", you can go to this page: https://www.hannahbergqvist.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sb-instagram-feed&tab=configure to setup your instagram.

After that, go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Text" to "Footer Instagram" or "Main Sidebar" widget and put shortcode [instagram-feed] to content of that widget to make this widget display

Hi,

1/ I can't login to your admin by use the information you sent. Please check it carefully and send it again for me.

2/ Of couse you get all premium elements from the pluginYou just can't access to premium templates from that plugins. But all premium templates was build-in via all the elements, so you can config it by use elements like normal.

1/ You can use a "Rows" and put your title inside and set a background for that rows to do that.

2/ We've said about this here - seem you didn't read it.

Thank you for getting back so quickly.

I have looked into the WPBakery Page Builder and it seems fairly easy to navigate. Is there no way I can make a header banner (like with the slider in regular pages) on blog pages?

Another thing: It says I need to activate a license key for the WPBakery even though you specify in the documentation that this is not needed? I have re-downloaded all files & documentation and updated the WPBakery plugin.

I'd rather not send you login info via a public thread. Is there another way to go about this?

Hi,

1/ Please go to Customize > General Options > and check to "Enable Body Boxed"

2/ You can do that by use WPBakery Page Builder for Pages only. Please check this guide to know how to get WPBakery Page Builder ( Visual Composer ) and check this guide to know how to use this plugin.

You can use elements from WPBakery Page Builder ( example: "Soledad Featured Category" or "Soledad Lasted Posts") - Note: Please select Template for this page is "Page VC Builder Width Sidebar" or "Page VC Builder No Sidebar"

3/ You can do that on Pages by use WPBakery Page Builder with element "Soledad Featured Boxes"

4/ Please send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) - I will take it a look on this.

A couple of questions regarding layout.

1) Boxed Layout
I have the 5.3 version installed, but I I'm missing a couple of layout options in General options in the customizer menu - Boxed layout is gone for one. Where can I find this?

2) Featured images on page + categories-set-as-page in menu
I'd like to display the feature image on top of the page just below the menu. But On a page where I also put 3 feature boxes, the boxes are place just under the menu. Can I change this?

3) Feature boxes
Can I choose which feature boxes goes on which sites? Eg. 3 on the homepage, another 3 (different ones) on another page?

4) Instagram Widget
