Hi,
I changed it to featured video background from the theme and it working fine. Why you said it doesn't work?
Please go to Customize > Featured Video Background and change your image on mobile there.

Hi, Yes i did use the background video in WP Bakery element. I also tried using the featured video from the theme via customize theme, this does not work for some reason.

Hi,
Have you use background video from an element of WPBakery? If right, you can try use featured video from the theme via Customize > Featured Video Background Options

Hi,
I have created a background video and enabled it in the Row element in WP Bakery, only issue is on mobile it doesn't show an image or anything. Is there a way in WP Bakery to enable an image to show as I now have a static home page and edit with WP Bakery. Maybe it will need to be through CSS? I have an image but there is no option to have it load if the video does not.
