Hi,
You can use Footer Menu like this image
To config it, please go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu for your footer and scroll down and check to "Footer" at the bottom

Is there a way to just put a horizontal row of links below the logo in the footer? Links like: Terms of Use, Privacy, Contact, Returns & Exchanges, etc. I don't want them above the logo in the footer and I don't want them running vertically because they take up too much vertical space.
