Hi,

Please send me:

- Your admin url

- Your admin account ( username and password )

- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) or your hosting account.

I have the same issue even with all plugins deactivated. Also I am unable to preview posts (this was happening before as well).

Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins and try it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Hi.

I am unable to add a featured image to my posts.

When I try to add a featured image the media library will not load (as pictured). If I upload a new image, I can see it in the library but it will not post (doesn't show up as a featured image in the editor or on the blog).

This issue happens in both chrome and firefox, after emptying the cache, restarting my computer and waiting several hours to retry.
