Hi,

If you want to edit codes for topbar, please edit file soledad/inc/modules/topbar.php

You can use plugin WPide to access & edit this file.

Hi, sorry for the confusion but is it possible to change the design of the top bar? if not, can i change it via HTML on editor?

It's topbar. You can check options for it via Customize > Topbar Options.

Got it! i thought its from the theme. :)

Anyway, another question are there other deigns for the scrolling featured posts on top? is it customizable? if so, where can i replace the code?

Do you want hide this page? If right, you just need go to admin page > Pages > All Pages > make this page to "Trash" or "un-publish" this page.
