I don't see any gallery on the link you sent me. Seem you've removed it. Can you tell me what's gallery style you're using? And have you tried deactivate all other plugins to try ( except WPBakery Page Builder & Penci Framework  ) - if you do that and it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

If it still doesn't work, please send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password  ) - I will take it a look help you.

2/ About the images credit, I think you can use image caption to put credit of images below the images.
