You can see the demo of that plugin. It appears beside your content and doesn't affect to your sidebar.

Hi Penci,

Is it possible to add a table of content shortcode or plugin for posts, so that upon scrolling the TOC will float in a fixed position on the right hand side? Will it be in conflict with my other right-hand sidebar items such as newsletter box?
