Actually the problem was with my browser. I opened from different browser and it got activated in one go.
But i one more doubt at the time of purchase i have seen full versions of many plugins is free with this theme. But WP Page Builder plugin asking for activation to download templates. And i am unable to find the many plugins which was shown during purchase screen shoot attached for your reference. Can you pl clarify this.

Hi,
I have installed and activated the theme on 0gadget.com. But due to some problem i freshly installed wordpress and installed Pennews theme. But now i am unable to activate it. pl check. After entering Item Purchase Code: still i see a message to activate the theme.
