Are you planning to add in this feature to the theme? I currently have set a featured video to display on my homepage but the load time is too long, I would prefer to have a featured image as an introduction to my blog, please can you consider adding in this feature? Thanks!

If you want to do that on the homepage, currently this theme just supports you can put that to below the featured slider - you can use HTML to display your banner images below the featured slider via Customize > Homepage Options > Add Google Adsense Code Below Featured Slider
