Appearance > Customizer AMP ( NOT Customize ) > Quik Text Transition here
\I downloaded the current version via envato market But it still looks the same.
Where else can I find it. I should download a different way for the most current version.

Please check option for it via Appearance > Customizer AMP ( NOT Customize ) > Post Options
If you don't see it, let's update AMP plugin to latest version by re-download the package
