Hi, Please, just try this :
- Just install EasyPhp
- Just install a totally new wordpress
- Just install a totally new database
- Just install Pennews
- Just import "Tech News" demo
And you will see that the Admin Bar doesn't display EXCEPT on the Home Page. But for all the OTHER pages : no Admin Bar...

Hi, Sorry but the issue seems to be native in the TECH NEWS demo... Because I just reinstalled (now) everything from scratch (even wordpress and the database are all new), and everything is in the latest version as you can see in the attached file...

Hi,
If so, please make sure you've updated the theme & Penci Framework to latest version.
Go to Appearance > Themes > click "Update Now" to update the theme to latest version - If you see "Update Now" button.
After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update Penci Framework to latest version.
If it still doesn't work, let's send us your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) in a private reply. We will take it a look on this help you.

Hi,
If so, seem you have a plugin caused that issues.
Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come with this theme ) and try it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
