There is space for more columns. Using the layout recommended in theoriginal reply – full width page and container with layout "Content + Sidebar" – the content section is almost as wide as a standard page with right sidebar. It seems to me the two column limitation is an arbitrary restriction when using "Penci Container" inside "Penci Container" regardless of the parent “Penci Container” size.

In any case, for the benefit of others who may be interested, I have found a workaround. Instead of using the Penci container with layout "Content + Sidebar", I used WPbakery row with custom 4/5 + 1/5 column setting and achieved exactly the same layout. No need for the parent Penci container.

Hi,

Seem you're using "Penci Container" inside "Penci Container" element - so it doesn't allow you to do that because the space is too small - so we don't support that.

I have another problem using this container with layout "Content + Sidebar" layout. In the Content column, the Penci container element is only giving me the option of two columns as per the attached snapshot. I need 3 and 4 column layouts.

Thanks, but my website is being developed on a local server so this isn't possible. I will let it go for now and advise once the site is in a live environment.

Hi,

You can create a new page and select Template for this page is "FullWidth"

After that, use a row to create section fullwidth and use container with layout "Content + Sidebar" and put widget to right sidebar.

Hi there,

I would like a page layout with full width content at top, then below that a content block with right sidebar that calls the default sidebar content. How can I achieve this?
