Yeah, you need purchase an upgrade on WordPress.com. After that you can install PenNews theme on your site.

Hi. That info I already have. Going to repeat - do I need to purchase an upgrade on Wordpress.com? You see, now on the free site (yes, I will purchase a domain and upgrade later on, but I need to know which package to upgrade to first) there is NO Step 3 available - Click Install Themes and click the upload button - yes, this is not currently available even when i log in via admin to wordpress.
So, to make sure. Do I need to purchase an upgrade first on WordPress.com and which package should it be, to be able to install your theme.

Good day,
I purchased a theme. Now, where do I install? Do i just open a wordpress.com account? Do i need to purchase an upgrade on wordpress.com? Do I install Wordpress.org?
I understand the tutorial on how to add the theme to the website using your youtube tutorial, but i dont know where to begin.
