Hi,

Please try:

1/ Deactivate all plugins - except Woocommerce ( if you're using ) & plugins come from the theme and try it again. If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

2/ Contact with your hosting provider, maybe your hosting provider has been blocked for some files type.

I have 2 virtual instant download products that I have added to my store. I am trying to select the visual option and update it in my store so my customers can download it. I am having issues when I attempt to hit the update button, it will not do so. Please assist.
