Seem that issues come from a plugin from you.
Please try deactivate all plugins ( except Woocommerce & plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

After adding product to cart, this error shows up on Checkout Page:
