Hi,
You can activate on localhost - the activate code doesn't apply when use on localhost
So, no worries about this.

Hello. i has buy your theme, and first i need build my site in stage in localhost after that i need to transfer edited theme with my css, my options ecc, to real host. how i can do with activating theme?
