I got it working actually. It needed to be activated in order for all the plug ins to appear. Can't be done if another theme was still active. Thank You for the quick response though.

I have just purchased and installed the Soledad theme. I'm following the guide you guys have on youtube on how to install everything, but im having trouble finding the plug ins. Under the appearance tab, I don't have the install plug ins option. Neither did it recommend me which plug ins to download right after installing the theme like in the video. I tried searching for the plug ins in the regular word press plug ins search and cant find them there either. What can I do?
