When you add new Penci Container element - you can see options for select layout for Container like here

I found that the site layout was strictly defined at pennews=> site width
1100px with 2-column and 1400px with 3-column

How to set site width 1400px with 2 column layout?

Hi,

You can edit "Penci Container" element and select the width for it to 1400px - check this image
