Wordpress has milions plugins and we can't check & compatible for all plugins.

And we didn't check the theme with that plugins also. You can give it a try to see it work or not

For website statistics, I think you just need use google analytics is enough.

1/ To do that, please do following steps:

a) Go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > and un-check on "Comment author must fill out name and email "

b) Add more this code to Customize > Addinational CSS:

2/ Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support this feature. We will consider to add more this feature in the future updates.

3/ You can change the header style to another header style like you want - that's only way now because this theme doesn't support for arrange header items.
