Hi,

If you want to do that - you can do that by create a new page > select Template for this page is "Fullwidth"

After that, add element "Featured Slider" to that page + "Penci Container" element to that page + a block for show your posts inside "Penci Container" element and config it like the way you want.

Don't use "Blog" as a blog page via Dashboard > Settings > Reading - Let's create a blog page by use WPBakery Page Builder
