I have gone through the guide. I only installed optimus plugin. Other plugins(WP total cache and autoptimise) you recommended where auto disabled after i installed them. I spoke to my host server about it but they said it will cause problem for them if they should allow it. As for the post not auto updating when i publish new post, my host server flushed the cache. Please is there anything to do to help me? I don't like the idea of telling my host server to flush cache for me for my post to update. My hosting server said you should make theme to be compatible with their cache. 

I don't know if that is possible. Please do something for me if it's possible. Is there any other way to autoptimise my settings for fast loading of my page especially the mobile view.My problem now is clearing cache automatically and autoptimise settings.

My page is loading slowly. Initially i thought its from plugin and deactivated all, yet it continued. I removed everything and started afresh only to observe that the problem is from my theme. Please is there a way to help me, especially my mobile website. I loose clients because of this. my desktop loads at 9s and mobile more than 9 secs. I have optimised my images, i dont have any video.
