Hi,

To add an new author, please go to admin page > Users > Add New

When you done, click to Users > All Users > hover on the author you want to edit/change/add profiles > Click edit. Scroll down and you will see options for Author Box and Role there.

You also can download & install plugin Simple Local Avatars - This plugin help you can change author avatar via an image from upload ( not need via Gavatar )

Hi There,

i will be having multiple writers contribute to my site and cannot figure out how to manually type in the author. when i am in the post the author section is a drop down menu and only wanderwylde is available. do I need to set up profiles? or is there a way to manually override?
