I checked on your site. You using old version of PenNews theme and plugins. I updated theme and plugin on your site. It working fine. you can check it again.

Please check this guide to know how to optimized you site speed ?

- Your admin url.

- Your admin acount ( username and password )

Hello,

My blog seems to be bogging down a lot lately. Videos and pictures are not loading quickly and sometimes not at all.

I've updated plug-ins, resized images, re-downloaded design but nothing.

I can't seem to find a solution, any thoughts or actions I can take?
