if I'm inserting a gallery, there is no option for full size images, only for inserting single image.

If so, please check the images you use again.
When you insert an image to your post content, let's select to "Full Size" image - check this image.

all thumbnails are not sharp. Here are images from the last post (Terracotta army vs Panda). One is screenshot of thumbnail, the other screenshot of image preview.

is there possibilty to increase thumbnails resolution? They look not sharp. Especially when somebody browse on mobile.
