I'm working with the WPBakery to set up my home page. I'm trying to load the different styles, however, many times I need to clear the cache to see the change and sometimes that doesn't work very well. 

1. I had optimized the site with Soledad previously, do I need to do it again to help with the page load speed?

2. Do you have something that shows the different options so that I don't have to keep going back and forth to see what they do?
