Hi,

1/ That's quite simple, so we don't put it on the docs.

You can go to Customize > Featured Video Background and check options for it there.

For menu hambuger, you can go to Customize > Menu Hambuger Options > and you can see options for menu hambuger there.

Also, you can put widgets above & below the menu on menu hambuger via Appearance > Widgets > "Sidebar Hamburger Widgets Above Menu" & "Sidebar Hamburger Widgets Below Menu"

2/ With a special page, you just can select display one: left or right sidebar or no sidebar. You can't display 2 sidebar left & right on a page at one moment.

I couldn't find the video to tell you about the hamburger menu and the featured video background.
guide documents and videos.
