1. how can I enlarge the letters of the Main Menu on the TOP of my website? 

2. How can I change the color of the TOP Bar?

3. I am using the "Featured Video Backround", which works quiet well. From time to time the video sequence stucks in the beginning - is there any solution? 

4. Every time when I add a "Video" to the "CUSTOM SIDEBAR 3" the backround Video stops appearing. Is there any solution?
