Hi,
This issue caused by you've changed general border color to white color - so, you can't see it.
Please go to Customize > Colors General > General Border Color > change it to default color #dedede

My recipes used to have borders, but within the last 2 weeks or so the borders have disappeared from all of my posts. I have updated Penci Recipe plug-in and that did not work. I have a color set for the border so there should be one.
